Radiology and Diagnostic Imaging Services

The radiology department at Hans P. Peterson Memorial hospital provides Philip and the surrounding area with diagnostic imaging services, operating around the clock to provide urgent and emergent imaging needs for the community. All in house imaging services are performed by technologists licensed with the ARRT. Our skilled technologists work closely with providers to obtain clear, accurate diagnostic images while delivering efficient and compassionate care close to home.

We provide diagnostic services in:

• General Radiography (X-Ray)
• Computed Tomography (CT Scan)
• Cardiac Monitor Testing

Philip Health Services also partners with Black Hills Ultrasound to provide on-site ultrasound imaging services on a twice monthly basis:

• General Ultrasound
• Vascular Ultrasound
• Echocardiography
• Obstetric Ultrasound

Imaging services provided at Philip Health Services are interpreted by the radiologists at Dakota Radiology. Echo and vascular ultrasounds are interpreted by Monument Health Heart and Vascular Institute cardiologists.
