Hans P. Peterson Memorial Hospital
Hans P. Peterson Memorial Hospital is an 18-bed critical access hospital, providing emergency care 24 hours a day.
The Hans P. Peterson Memorial Hospital was established in 1953 with the help of Philip, South Dakota rancher and philanthropist, Hans P. Peterson. Peterson deeded his ranch so that a hospital could be built to serve our rural area, and members of the community joined together to raise funds to complete it.
Philip Clinic
The Philip Clinic is a Medicare certified rural health clinic. Primary family medical care is provided by our medical staff of physicians and mid-level providers. Comprehensive medical care is now a reality with our on-site lab, medical imaging department, and a roster of regularly visiting medical specialists.
Silverleaf Assisted Living Center
The Silverleaf Assisted Living Center, located in Philip, SD, is in the heart of cattle country with some of the most beautiful sunsets in the American West. Scotchman Living Center
The Scotchman Living Center and Paulsen Family Memory Care Center (previously, the Philip Nursing Home) is a 40 total bed facility, including a 15 bed, non-profit Nursing Home with an attached 14 bed, Memory Care Unit. The Scotchman Living Center offers 24-hour nursing services covering a variety of resident needs.
Kadoka Clinic
Philip Health Services’ satellite clinic in nearby Kadoka provides general health care to the Kadoka community. The Kadoka Clinic became part of Philip Health Services in 2000 and was extensively remodeled in 2006 to better serve patients. The Kadoka Clinic is staffed by a rotation of Philip Health Services medical staff.
