Dr. Kerry Blackham
Dr. David Holman
Terry Henrie, PA-C
Audrey Weber, PA-C
It is evident that she thoroughly enjoys working with a wide variety of patients across the life spans. She finds value in living in a rural community and being able to take the extra time to learn about patients, their families, and connect with them. It is her desire to provide evidence-based medicine and quality care for each patient, while offering education, and being a great resource for the team she works with and the community she serves. When not working, Audrey can be found spending time with her family, traveling, partaking in anything outdoors, hiking, and being at the lake/river camping.
Diane Weber, PA-C
George Mangulis, MD

Considered by many in the community to have been the heart and soul of Philip Health Services, Dr. Mangulis was instrumental to the continued development and success of our hospital and clinic. He has been dearly missed since he passed away on December 11, 2009.
